HIERARCHY

"Where There Is No HIERARCHY There Will Be Anarchy"

Wherever there is no order ,disorderliness will thrive.By hierarchy, I mean ranking in order of superiorrity or importance. It is also placement according to status.

On the other hand, anarchy is absence of governing rules, which results in lawlessness, rebellion, mutiny, mayhem, riot, disorder and disorganization. The society canot co-exist without a clearly defined order or a form of governance. Therefore , for sanity to prevail there must be hierarchy in the home, government and also in corporate organization.

In every family setting, the husband is the head. It is only when the man is allowed and permitted by the wife to be the king that the wife can also be the queen, and the children will be prince and princesses. Where the woman proves to be superiorr or claims equity with the man, pains, infightings and anarchy will reign.

GOD'S order must be followed to be at peace at all times.

The civil society cannot co-exist without save gorvanance. here should be government that exercises authorithy over the people for the good of the people by the people and for the ppeople, has been found to be the best system of government or discorvered by man for civil gorvernance.

In coporate organization too, there must be a recognizable head. somebody must have the final say over the affairs of the enterprise if things must work according to plan. The head however must remember that he/she holds thatpower or office in trust and it is temporal.
